Design & Selections Consulting

Design guidance and an organized handoff to your builder.

  • Guidance on design direction, materials, finishes, fixtures, and other agreed selections.
  • Vendor and showroom meetings with you to review options and make decisions.
  • A carefully organized selections spreadsheet and supporting documentation of approved choices.
  • Handoff of the completed selections package to your builder, whose team carries out the work.

This service concludes at the builder handoff.

02 · Selections & Design Communication

Design & Trade Coordination

The same selections guidance and documentation, with added communication of the approved design to relevant trades.

  • Everything included in Design & Selections Consulting.
  • Direct design communication with relevant trades, such as the plumber and trim carpenter.
  • On-site walkthroughs with each relevant trade to explain approved selections and design intent.
  • Availability for design questions within the scope and support period set out in your proposal.

Trade coordination here means communicating design intent. Your builder manages construction and execution.
